10 Bedtime Habits You Should Always Avoid

  1. Try to keep your electronic things away before you go to bed. They will fortify your brain and disturb your sleep.
  2. You must avoid drinking water before you go to sleep. If you don’t you will wake up 2-3 times to go to bathroom. (1)
  3. A lot of us read a book before they go to sleep, but that is where we make a big mistake. Try to read you favorite book earlier and do not bring the book in your bed.
  4. We need to avoid napping. We must have a reliable routine and time of sleeping.
  5. Drinking coffee won’t let us sleep and get the rest we need. Don’t drink your coffee at least 4 hours before you go to sleep. (2)
  6. You should always buy a high-quality mattress, because they will improve your sleep and make you feel good.
  7. Take your dinner at least 2 hours before going in bed. Eating before sleep will disturb your rest.
  8. We all need exercise every day to improve our health but we shouldn’t do it before sleeping. Exercise at least 3 hours before you go in bed. (3)
  9. Having a feet icy make us problems with our sleep. That is why we should use socks or some heating pad to warm our feet.
