5 Methods to Stop Coughing Fast Without Medicine

Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoon of ACV
  • Water

Preparation:

Mix the vinegar and the honey in a glass of water. Drink it every morning after waking up.

Using DIY Cough Syrup

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 7 stick of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 glass of water

Preparation:

Add the cayenne pepper, turmeric, and the cinnamon in the water and let it boil. After 15 minutes leave the mixture to cool down and add the honey.

Consume a tablespoon of this remedy twice a day.

Herbal Teas

A: Thyme Tea

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup of water
  • A few springs of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation:

In boiling water add the springs of thyme and leave it to cool down. Then add the honey and drink the tea.

B: Licorice Tea

Ingredients you will need:

  • 2-3 licorice roots
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • A cup of water

Preparation:

Add the licorice root in a pat with water and stir it well. After that add the honey and drink the tea. (2)
