1tablespoon Himalayan salt
2l purified water
Fill a larger jar with filtered water. Then put the lemon slices in it. Stir in the Himalayan salt and let it rest for one night. Next morning before breakfast drink 3 glasses of this alkaline water.
Do this every morning; your body needs that. After a few days you will feel the difference.
