Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are like super food and they have so many health benefits because they have so much fiber contained in them and they aid in digestion and it`s weight loss.

There`s only 4 main ingredients to this recipe:

You`re gonna start off by taking two tablespoons of chia seeds and adding it into your cup. Then take half a cup of almond milk and pour it in. Add few drops of vanilla extract. Then you just stir it up and mix it all well together. Now just take it into the fridge and leave it there for at least an hour or overnight. When it`s ready, take it out of the fridge, add about 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix it in well and you`re ready to eat it.
