Dinner: steamed green vegetables with a bean soup

Day 3

Breakfast: A cup of steel cut oats with berries and seeds or 3 eggs, radish and walnut salad.

Snack: 1 small bowl of nuts

Lunch: Roasted chicken with rosemary and vegetables

Dinner: mushrooms with garlic broth, onion, carrots, celery and bay leaves.

During this diet you should avoid sugary drinks. You can consume:

  • Tea- unsweetened herbal tea

  • Coffee- no more than 1 cup of unsweetened black coffee daily

  • Detox water- In a jar with water, chop some grapefruit, strawberries or oranges and drink it every day.
