Dairy-free, Inflammation-Busting Chocolate Mousse Recipe with Avocado, Coconut Milk and Cacao!

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 40g raw organic chocolate
  • 4 tablespoon cacao
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 teaspoon of mint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Scoop out avocado meat and grate the seed. Then put it in a blender. Add the coconut milk, the cacao, and syrup and mix them together. Melt the chocolate and scoop the avocado mixture into it. Place the mixture in a fridge for few hours and then serve the dessert.
