  • At 11 a.m. drink the second glass of lemonage combined with a few unroasted almonds as a snack.
  • For lunch eat a boiled egg and lettuce salad made with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  • At 4 p.m. you should have one more glass of lemonade and some fruit by your own choice.
  • Dinner should consist of a grilled fish or chicken and a dish of seasonal salad.
  • Two hours before going to bed drink one more glass of the lemonade.
