Monday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes and a cup of unsweetened green tea

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, a glass of sour milk/yogurt, 2 biscuits

Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, green salads, 2 biscuits.

Tuesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 banana and a cup of green tea

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, a glass of buttermilk, 2 biscuits

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 tomato ( or 1 dl of tomato puree ), 1 toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee.

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a glass of tomato juice

Lunch: 1 orange, 1boiled egg, a glass of sour milk, Lettuce

Dinner: 125 g of ground meat, one orange, one toast, one cup of tea

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes and a cup of unsweetened green tea

Lunch: 125 g of fresh cheese/cow with a little modest fat, 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 125 g minced meat, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 toast.

Friday

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs, 1 banana and a cup of green tea

Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat/fish, 1 tomato,1 toast

Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables, 1 egg, 1 tomato.

Fairly for the weekend, you can pick the food of your choice, but eat it in moderate amounts.
