Headaches, we’ve all experienced it and they are part of our life. You have probably heard the best trick to alleviate the pain fast. You should eat one banana and drink plenty of water, and the pain will quickly go away.
This trick is really effective in some situations, but in some cases it just doesn’t help and we’re facing with pulsating headache, unable to change something. There are many different types of headaches which can all have different symptoms and they are connected to various issues. There is no universal cure for all types.

There are four most common types of headaches and all of them indicate something about the body.
1. Sinus Headache
You are going to experience a sinus headache if your sinus get inflamed, which is very painful. The main cause for these kind of headaches is an infection, and in this case you will feel a pressure on the cheeks, forehead and eyes, and you will have a fever.
Treatment: you should drink as many fluids as you can. Warm water effectively reduces the inflammation and opens the sinuses, so it would help you a lot.

2. Tension Headache

Treatment: the best combination for this pain is ginger tea and peppermint oil. We recommend you to apply some peppermint oil along hairline for a cooling sensation which will relax the head and neck muscles, while ginger tea will reduce the inflammation.
3. Cluster Headache
This type of headaches mostly affect woman and can be recurring. It can be cyclic in nature and it starts suddenly. It causes severe pain on one side of the head and may lead to nasal congestion, a runny nose or watery eye. Unfortunately, the reason for this headache is still unknown.
Treatment: capsaicin cream is the best remedy for this headache. Cayenne pepper will block the nerve pain signal once applied on the nostrils. You can alleviate your pain with small amount.
