This is How Headaches Reveal What is Wrong With Your Health

Headaches, we’ve all experienced it and they are part of our life. You have probably heard the best trick to alleviate the pain fast. You should eat one banana and drink plenty of water, and the pain will quickly go away.

This trick is really effective in some situations, but in some cases it just doesn’t help and we’re facing with pulsating headache, unable to change something. There are many different types of headaches which can all have different symptoms and they are connected to various issues. There is no universal cure for all types.

There are four most common types of headaches and all of them indicate something about the body.

1. Sinus Headache

3. Cluster Headache

This type of headaches mostly affect woman and can be recurring. It can be cyclic in nature and it starts suddenly. It causes severe pain on one side of the head and may lead to nasal congestion, a runny nose or watery eye. Unfortunately, the reason for this headache is still unknown.

4. Migraine

38 million people in the US are affected by migraines and they can affect people of all ages, even though usually appear between the ages of 25 and 55.

In addition to the pain you can feel nausea, vomiting, visual disturbances, dizziness, extreme sensitivity to light, smell, sound, touch, numbness or tingling in the face.

Treatment: you can cure this type of headache with Vitamin B12 (riboflavin), magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids. Also, include foods rich in these nutrients to prevent them from recurring. There is a study from 2011 which says that aerobic exercises are very effective in alleviating the pain and preventing future attacks. So, if you do workouts regularly, you will eliminate the need for painkillers.
