Healthiest Chips In The World
In the mood for something delicious to snack on? Something healthy and not so fattening?
Then try out this very unique twist on chips. It’s divine!
You’ll need the following:
-1/4 cup breadcrumbs
-2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated or dried)
-1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt.
Here’s what you do: First, cut the zucchini into slices. The thinner they are, the crunchier the final result will be.
Then dip the zucchini slices into milk. In about 10-15 minutes, they should absorb a lot of the milk.
Now mix the rest of the ingredients. No need to be precise about the measurements.
Now roll both sides of each slice once in the bread-cheese mixture.
Place the breaded vegetable slices on the grate of your oven.
Once it’s full, it goes off into the oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes. And when they start to turn golden brown, they are done.
