If you want to lose weight naturally, you should speed up your metabolism. Don’t panic, you don’t have to make any huge changes in your diet and life, but you surely have to change the spices that you add to your favorite meals.

There is a study which is conducted by the University of Medical Sciences in Iran which included 2 groups. Each group consisted of 44 overweight women.
These two groups had consultations about healthy diet and menus which contained less than 500 calories daily.
The distinction between these groups was in cumin powder. The first group consumed a mixture of 140 mL yogurt along with cumin powder, while the other group took 140 mL yogurt without the spice.
Just after 3 months, the cumin group lost 14 kg, unlike the second group.
The participant in the first group lost 14.64% more fat than those in the other group which lost only 4.91% fat.
Cumin powder can prevent the retention of cholesterol in the body because it consists phytosterols. According to many scientists, cumin accelerates metabolism.
You can add this great spice to any other meal and make it more delicious, not only in yogurt.
