What causes your belly to bloat?

1. Insufficient water intake

The major cause of numerous health problems is dehydration. You can make the problem worse with consumption of coffee and alcohol. Try drinking 6-8 glasses water a day and you will feel the difference.

2. Constipation

Another unpleasant issue is constipation which indicates that you need more fiber-rich foods. The gasses that remain trapped behind the feces will not stand still for a long time, you know. Try not to make the problem worse and eat your fiber gradually. Stay away from White bread, and consume only whole grain bread. We recommend you also to include smoothies and berries.

3. Eating too fast

Partially chewed food is slowly digested, and you get bloated. Always take small bites, and chew them well.

4. Chronic stress

The main cause of bloating could be stress. When you are nervous, your digestive system fails to perform its function properly. Your bloating may be caused by constipation and stomach ache, and that’s why you should try to free yourself from the negative emotions, and you will solve your problem for good.

5. Carbohydrates

Your bloating belly could be caused by consumption of carbohydrates. Cut off your sugar intake and alcohol, eat more fresh fruits and veggies, and also eat low-carb foods.
