Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • Salt
  • 4 green banana peels
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 4 teaspoons coconut oil
  • One-half cup black-eyed peas
  • One-half teaspoon mustard seeds

Firstly cut the banana peel in small pieces and put them in a pot of water. Then add the turmeric and the salt. Leave it to boil for few minutes and then drain the water. Boil the fresh black-eyed peas and then drain them too. Heat coconut oil and add the mustard seeds. Then mix all the mixtures and let them boil 10 minutes.
