Scientists Discover Herb That Fights Dementia and Increases Memory By 75%

Rosemary is an herb with numerous health benefits. The latest researches found that rosemary is especially efficient in treating dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Dr. Mark Ross from the Northumbria University made a study in which participated 66 people. They were parted in two groups in different rooms. The first room was scanted with rosemary essential oil and the other was not. Then the volunteers were asked to find objects that were hidden in the room. The ones in the rosemary- scented room performed the tasks better than those in the non-scented room. The blood test also confirmed that those in the rosemary scented rooms had higher levels of 1,8-cineole in their blood, which is a compound involved in a processes linked to memory.

In Another study made with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients were found that rosemary significantly improves numerous cognitive functions. That is why this herb can be use in treating these diseases without having side-effects. Rosemary improves our brains functions and increases the memory by 75% which makes this plant perfect for treating the brain issues.
