Here is how to prepare it:

All you need is:

2 tablespoons of turmeric powder

400 gr. of garlic

1 l. of water

400 gr. of brown sugar

1 smaller piece of ginger root

How to make it:

Put the brown sugar in a pot and heat it. Take the finely chopped garlic, ginger root and turmeric, and add them in the pot. After the mixture is up to the boiling point, reduce it to low heat and simmer for a couple of minutes. Leave it to cool and pour in into a glass jar. You should keep it at room temperature for a couple of hours before you store it into a refrigerator.

How to use it:

Every morning you should take 2 tablespoons of this remedy before your breakfast, and also in the evening at least 2 months after your dinner.
