Diarrhea is an increase in the frequency of bowel movements, an increase in the looseness of stool or both. We have all experienced unfortunate cases of diarrhea at some point in our lives. Diarrhea can often be the body’s way of flushing out any bad bacteria in our system. Bad cases of diarrhea can come from many sources.

  • Frequents, loose, watery stools

  • Fever
  • Blooding in the stool
  • Abdominal cramps
  • Bloating

What you can do for diarrhea:

It’s important to keep replacing your body’s supply of water and electrolytes, which include sodium, potassium and chloride. Mix up the perfect electrolyte drink by stirring a half-teaspoon of salt and four teaspoons of sugar into a litter of water. Add a little bit of orange juice, lemon juice or salt substitute for potassium. Drink these mixture several times on day.

Also is very important to drink black tea every day. Because this tea contains astringent tannins that help reduce intestinal inflammation.

Begin eating mild foods. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, caffeine, milk and fruits.
